Not medical care

Programs are for relaxation and personal development, not medical or psychological advice, diagnosis or treatment, and are not a substitute for professional care. No particular health, financial, behavioral or personal outcome is promised.

Listen safely

  • Never listen while driving, cycling in traffic, operating machinery or doing tasks requiring attention.
  • Keep volume comfortable and stop if you experience discomfort, dizziness, anxiety, headache or other unwanted effects.
  • Use headphones only when safe and appropriate; remain aware of your surroundings when needed.
  • For sleep audio, listen only in a safe place where you can rest without needing to respond to hazards.

Health considerations

If you have epilepsy or a seizure disorder, significant hearing sensitivity, a neurological or mental-health condition, or are unsure whether audio stimulation is appropriate, consult a qualified healthcare professional first. Do not delay or replace care. A parent or guardian should supervise a minor's use.

Individual experience

People may respond differently. Frequency descriptions and intended listening experiences are informational and do not establish medical efficacy.
