Mindwave Audio programs are digital audio products. No physical item is shipped and no physical shipping fee applies. Product pages and checkout identify what each purchase includes.
Access and delivery
After successful payment, access is provided by the method shown at checkout and in the order confirmation. Depending on the order flow, a download link may appear on the confirmation page and/or be emailed to the address provided at checkout.
Download support
Check your confirmation email and spam folder. If a link is missing, expired, incorrect or a file will not play, email abdulellah.yaser@gmail.com with order number, purchase email, device and issue. We will investigate and help restore access or supply the correct working file. Never send passwords or card details.
Format and compatibility
Files are supplied in the format stated on the product page. You need a compatible device/software and internet connection. Any access period, expiry, file-size or device limits will be stated at checkout or in the delivery message where applicable.
Rights
Digital delivery does not remove statutory cancellation, refund, quality or other mandatory rights. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
