This policy covers individual digital audio purchases and the Complete Library bundle. No physical item needs to be returned.
Unused purchases
You may request cancellation and a refund within 7 days of receiving your digital product if you have not downloaded, streamed, used, or otherwise benefited from the paid content. A free preview does not count as using paid content.
After access
After paid content has been downloaded, streamed or used, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable except where required by law. This does not remove rights if content is defective, undelivered or materially different from its description.
Missing, incorrect or defective files
If a link fails, a file is corrupted, the wrong audio is supplied or content is missing, contact us. We will investigate and provide correct working content or a refund where the issue cannot be resolved. Duplicate charges may be corrected and refunded after verification.
Request and processing
Email abdulellah.yaser@gmail.com with your order number, purchase email, affected product and issue. Do not send card details or passwords. We will notify you by email; approved refunds go to the original payment method, and bank/provider posting times vary.
Consumer rights
This policy does not limit mandatory rights under Saudi or other applicable law. Where mandatory rights provide greater protection, they take priority.
